In the Social Listening tab on the left panel you can run competitor analysis for each calendar.
To run a new analysis select the competitors you want to include from those listed at the top of the page. Then select the social media connection types you want to be considered for the analysis and click the Run Social Listening button.
After the analysis is complete you will be able to see the results categorised by the subheadings:
- Overall Sentiment
- My Brand Sentiment Over Time
- Emotion Breakdown
- Top Drivers
- Mentions
- My Brand - Top Themes
- Competitors - Top Themes
You will also be able to filter for a date range for the analysis.
Past Listenings
You can see previous analysis’ completed under the Listenings section at the bottom of the page. Here you can click on any past listening completed to revisit the results.
