Top Bar
- Search button: This button allows you to search your posts in your account by typing in key words.
- Notifications Button: When you click on the bell icon you will see any recent notifications for your account
- Helpdesk: When you click the Question Mark icon you will be redirected to Loomly Help Center to help answer any questions you may have.
- Profile Icon: Clicking in you profile gives a drop down of buttons to access to your Account Settings, Sign Out, Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service
Home Page
Each calendar has a home page. This page gives yo quick access to creating a new conversation with the AI Assistant.
Down the bottom of the Home Page you can also see Post Overview (giving you a count of all posts categorised by status) and On the Radar (giving you an overview of your posts for today).
Create New Post button
At the top right of the home page is a Create New Post button. This button gives you quick access to create a new post for the calendar you are in.
Changing Calendars
If you click the Calendar you are in at the top of the Side bar, you will be able to see a list of all your Calendars and change between them.
Side Bar
The side bar on the left gives you easy access to
- Calendar view: This shows a calendar view of your posts. You can change the view to list view from this tab.
- New Post: This allows you to create a new post for the calendar you are in.
- Interactions: In this tab you can manage your DMs and Comments and Mentions on different social media connections.
- Social Listening: This tab allows you to conduct a competitor analysis for your brand.
- Ideas Board: Here you can create ideas and categorise them as Draft, To Do, In Progress or Ready to keep track of post ideas you may have.
- Analytics: This tab allows you to view metrics about your social media accounts.
- AI Assistant: Here you can chat with our AI Assistant to help you come up with post ideas or generate posts!
More Tab
The more tab of the left side bar gives you access to your Library, Collaborators, Export Calendar and your Calendar Settings.
