You can enable Loomly Interactions to reply to comments, messages, and mentions from a unified inbox helping you:
- Speed up responses with saved replies
- Take action quickly on new comments
- Prevent missed messages by assigning teammates
You can see which plans include this feature in the Billing tab of your Account Settings.
Try AI Reply
The Try AI Reply on the top left of the Interactions tab allows you to experiment with AI-generated replies and fine-tune your AI settings before using them on real interactions.
How it works:
- Type a sample comment in the box (imagine what a follower might say)
- Click "Reply with AI" to generate a response
- Review the AI's reply and adjust your AI settings as needed
Your AI replies are personalized based on your brand knowledge and tone settings. You can edit these settings at any time in the AI Knowledge section of your Calendar Settings to customize how your AI responds.
Enabling AI Reply
To reply to messages with AI through the interactions tab, click the Reply with AI button at the bottom of the textbox under the message you want to reply to. This will prompt the AI the generate a reply to the message using its knowledge of your brand and the instructions set in the AI Knowledge section of your Calendar Settings
