AI Knowledge
AI knowledge allows you define what the AI knows about your brand, so it can generate more relevant content, visuals and replies across Loomly.
You can update the AI knowledge for each calendar individually in the AI Knowledge tab of Calendar Settings.
In the AI Knowledge section you can add custom instructions for your AI. Some suggestions of what to include here:
- Anything you want the AI to know about your brand
- The tone of voice you want the AI to reply with
- Any specific things you want the AI to do or not to do
- Any specific content rules
Brand Information
In the Brand Information section you can add your brand’s website. This allows the AI to learn about your brand, product, tone and messaging so it can generate more accuracy content aligned with your brand.
Adding a website also enables competitor comparison in social listening.
Managing DMs and Comments
This section allows you to add a link to a help centre website so the AI can reference it when responding to customer inquiries. You are also able to define the tone of voice you want you replies to have by selecting an option from the dropdown Tone of Voice menu.
AI Usage
If you scroll down to the AI Usage section, you can see what percentage of your AI credits you have used and when they reset.
