Idea board

Have an idea for a post but not ready to turn it into a post yet?

Idea Board lets you capture, organize, and refine ideas without assigning a date. That way your calendar stays clean and your creativity keeps flowing.

Think of it as a digital brainstorming board: flexible, free-form and always accessible.

 

How does it work?

  1. Go to your main page
  2. In the bottom right corner, click on "New Idea" under "Idea Board"
  3. Select which calendar you have the idea for

  4. Create the idea

    4.1 As your ideas grow, you can use Labels to identify (and later, filter out) what the idea is related to
    4.2 Similar to Labels, Status would indicate where in the process you're currently at, when it comes to executing the Idea
    4.3 When the Idea's ready to be converted to a post, you can do so easily by clicking the Create Post button at the bottom

  5. Once you have Ideas created, you can review them on the Board directly

Who can use it?

The Idea Board feature is available to all users on Starter, Beyond and Enterprise plans.
