Please note that you must be the subscriber with an active subscription if you would like to update any billing details, as these sections can only be accessed from the subscriber's account.
If you would like the invoices emailed to another email address, you can list the email address in this section.
You can also add your VAT #, Tax ID, and EIN information if your finance or purchasing requires this information on the Loomly invoice.
To update your billing information :
The billing information, such as the name or email address, can be updated in the subscriber's account. If you would like someone else on your team to receive an email of the invoice, please update the billing information.
To update your billing address:
Go to the Billing section of your Account Settings
Expand the Billing Details section
Select Update Billing Address
Make any necessary changes, then press Update Billing Address to save changes
To update your payment method:
Go to the Billing section of your Account Settings
Expand the Billing Details section
Select Update Payment Method to enter updated credit card information, then press Update Payment Method to save changes
