When you sign up for Loomly, you may be offered a free trial. Please note that trial availability can vary as we're updating our subscription plans and our team is unable to customize this experience.
When you subscribe to a yearly plan, you receive a 25% discount in exchange for your commitment to a full year of service. This discount is already included in the price you see on screen, which is lower than the total cost of paying for 12 individual months. Cancelling your subscription before its anniversary date will prevent it from auto-renewing.
Monthly plans are month-to-month and will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription before your renewal date.

All subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the Loomly subscription until the next billing date.
We recommend canceling at least 24 hours prior to your billing date.
Refund Policy
We offer full refunds under the following conditions:
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 60 days of payment.
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 20 days of payment.
Please note that if you request a full refund, your subscription and any associated benefits will be removed immediately upon processing the refund.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods outside of this policy, nor can we reimburse any currency conversion or other bank fees related to your payment.
Additionally, if you’ve already disputed the charge with your bank or initiated a chargeback, we’re unable to process a refund for that transaction.
Automated Refund
To make our refund process quicker and more efficient, we now offer an automated refund system.

Just ensure you're logged into the correct account (the one you wish to request a refund for) before accessing the page.
You will get a confirmation message on screen: this means that your refund was successfully processed.
Once your refund has gone through:
Your subscription will be removed.
Your calendars will be set to view-only mode.
You can resubscribe to a different plan of your choice (including the Free plan) at any time.
Please note that we can't offer partial refunds or credits to move from one plan to another.
