Why You May Notice Differences
You might notice that certain features or media formats work when posting directly (natively) through a social media app but not through our platform. This is because the social media platform can delay or limit what it makes available through its API.
Example: Instagram’s 3:4 Ratio Update
Recently, Instagram introduced support for a new 3:4 image ratio when posting natively in the app. While this is an exciting update for content creators, Instagram has not yet updated its API to support this new ratio.
As a result, 3:4 images are not currently supported when posting to Instagram via our platform.
