We do not have the ability to transfer subscriptions from one account to another.
However, to have a new owner, the current owner will need to change the email address on file in their account.
If the new owner already has an account, they’ll need to delete it or change the email address on file to free up the email address.

If you still need help after that:
- Send us a ticket from your account's email address
- CC the subscriber who can confirm your identity if you are a user under an active subscription or confirm their email address in the request.
- CC two team members with the same domain, preferably managers or admins, who can confirm your identity.
- Confirm the last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment of the Loomly plans in the account
