Yes, you can!
Whether you want to print your calendars before a meeting, share content with someone outside of Loomly, or include your posts in a presentation, exporting your content is the way to go.
You can export the following:
List View, Calendar View, and Post View as PDF files
Advanced Analytics as a PDF or CSV file
For calendar exports click More -> Export Calendar from the left tab.
You will then be able to select the time range you wish to export.
For post view exports, select the dropdown in the top right of the post and click Export to PDF. This will give you a pdf of that particularly post for each social media connection it is scheduled for.
For exporting analytics, select the Export Analytics button in the top right hand corner of the Analytics tab for the calendar you wish to export data from.
Set up Scheduled Reports to have a recurring schedule to automate sending Analytics PDF reports to several recipients.
📝Note:
All exported content will export content with applied filters. Check to see if you have any filters applied if you see any missing content from your export.
You can also create Scheduled Reports on the Advanced Plan and up, which allows you to set up recurring automated Analytics PDF exports.
