You can create as many calendars as you need, there is no limitation in any of our plans.
You can create a calendar from your dashboard or by clicking here.
To Create a Calendar:
- Go to your dashboard
- Click on your current calendar in the top left

Click New Calendar

In the pop up, define a calendar name, brand website, and connect social accounts
💡 Tip: You can name a calendar after a client or project -
Advanced Settings allows you to upload a brand logo, set a time zone and set your approval workflow
The calendar will then be created. You can invite collaborators to join and contribute to your new calendar from More-> Collaborators or from your Calendar or Account Settings.
💡 Tips:
You can update your calendar's information (name, logo, timezone, workflows, etc.) from the Calendar Settings
We recommend having each calendar created from the same account to keep everything under one subscription and avoid transfers.
If you are not a subscriber and see a warning message telling you that your trial will be ending soon or that you will need to subscribe, visit your Billing page to see your plan options.
If your trial has ended, you can also create calendars under the subscriber's plan, automatically transferring calendar ownership to the subscriber.
If Custom Branding is enabled, please remind the Account owner/subscriber to add the calendar to Custom Branding in Account Settings as any transferred calendars will not be added to your team's Custom Branded version of Loomly.
